Job summary

Rackson in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee shift operations, ensure guest service, and uphold brand standards. You will support the management team in staff and financial performance management while implementing policies and safety guidelines.

The AGM assists in decision-making and training, acting as the GM’s right hand on a fast-paced shift. The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and experience in fast food management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• English communication is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Previous fast food management experience is required.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage performance metrics and management systems.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work varied days/times including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all restaurant activities during shift to ensure smooth operations and guest service.
• Supports Management Team in staff management and financial performance management.
• Implements policies, ensures safety standards and maintains profitability.
• Publicly trains and develops team members and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Executes limited GM duties as needed and acts as GM’s right hand.
• Coordinates staffing and inventory management and completes administrative duties.
