Rackson is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards. You will support the management team in staff scheduling, training, and driving profitability, while assisting with limited GM duties as needed.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience, and proven fast-food leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
• Fluent in English; Spanish helpful
• Previous fast food management experience required
• Knowledge of F&B performance metrics and management systems
• Strong leadership and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage cash handling and labor costs

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during shift and ensure guest service excellence
• Support management team with staff scheduling and training
• Maintain brand standards for service, food quality, and safety
• Monitor cash handling procedures and store security
• Plan shift operations and control labor costs
