Chestnut Land Company is seeking a Shift Leader at Auntie Anne's in Franklin Park Mall to supervise daily operations when the General Manager is absent. You will direct staff, ensure food quality, safety, and customer service, and support team training.

SHIFT LEADER

The Shift Lead’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.
