Job summary

Dunkin' Marshfield franchise is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive daily operations and guest experiences with energy, momentum, and a can-do attitude. You’ll scan shifts, coordinate team tasks, and ensure smooth execution during busy periods.

You will work opposite the Restaurant Manager to provide full leadership coverage, coach a motivated crew, and maintain a positive culture that guests love. A valid driver’s license and 6 months of retail/restaurant management are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years or older (or higher per law).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support the team to deliver guest experiences.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to cover shifts and operations.
• Drive store goals through effective supervision, training and execution.
• Manage staffing, cash handling, and store systems with accuracy.
• Support local marketing and cost-control efforts.
