Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on-duty leadership in delivering exceptional restaurant results. This role ensures crew members perform their duties per the job description and business plan while driving sales, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. Local applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have approximately 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building skills are essential.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a reliable method to communicate with the restaurant and be available as needed.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to drive process improvements.
