Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned duties such as making quality products and following product preparation procedures.
• Maintains established product holding times and supports image, attendance, safety and security policies.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to correct problems.
• Maintains product quality, customer service and costs within company guidelines.
