Job summary

Papa John’s USA, Inc. in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas in our restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service while driving profitability.

You will help execute company policies, procedures and systems and ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws. Responsibilities include managing stations, maintaining product quality, cash handling, inventory controls, and supporting a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparations procedures and maintains established product holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goal.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant and provides immediate feedback and corrects problems when identified.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities within company guidelines, including cost controls and safety.
• Executes cash management duties.
• Assists in the management of inventory levels using the company’s systems and guidelines to minimize loss.
• Follows all policies and procedures outlined in the TM handbook and complies with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
