Job summary

Krystal is seeking an entry- to mid-level Shift Leader to support store operations in alignment with the Brand Vision and Core Values. You will oversee daily activities, coach team members, and ensure food safety, customer satisfaction, and brand standards during your shifts.

You will partner with the management team to execute cash controls, inventory checks, and labor planning while training A+ talent to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Servsafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in training and coaching A+ talent to achieve People, Customer, Sales and Profit goals.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with cash controls, inventory, and labor management during shifts.
• Maintain food safety and facilities standards during operations.
