Job summary

Dunkin' in Vermont is seeking a Shift Leader to continue developing leadership skills and guide the restaurant day to day. This hands-on role leads the team during shifts, ensures brand standards, and delivers great guest experiences.

You will operate all line positions, coach teammates, onboard new hires, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and monitor quality while communicating shift needs to management.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership or shift-level responsibility is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure Dunkin' brand standards are met.
• Work across line positions to support speed of service.
• Coach and onboard team members, providing on-the-spot training.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Communicate shift updates and needs to management; handle opening/closing tasks.
