Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related food service management or 2 years in other food service.
• Food Manager Certification and ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Handle guests’ requests and complaints.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring FOH staff.
• Train and develop FOH staff, ensuring they meet customer service standards.
• Ensure team members comply with safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
