Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise daily store operations. The role involves greeting guests, ringing up sales, and ensuring the store runs smoothly within shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).

Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour for full-time, 37–40 hours weekly, with emphasis on honesty, compliance, and ethical conduct on all duties.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift and handle items per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Operate the POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves, freezers and dip cabinets and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure security and proper cash handling per procedures.
• Complete time records and other management tasks as assigned.
