Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Shift Leader in Loveland, OH to guide daily operations and guest service. The role includes leading a team, ensuring safe and efficient shift execution, and upholding company policies while processing transactions and maintaining store standards.

You will manage DipSide items, operate the POS and gas console, and monitor cleanliness and stock levels. Candidates must meet state requirements for alcohol/tobacco sales and be able to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English with customers.
• Comfort with handling money and performing transactions accurately.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS and gas console.
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts and full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage scoop/ice cream service.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, process payments and coupons.
• Stock shelves and ensure product presentation is clean and attractive.
• Maintain safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
