Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking Crew Members to deliver unparalleled hospitality in a fast-paced environment. You will train through Café Basics and Certified Trainer programs to master every station and support your team.

You will interact with customers and crew, uphold brand standards, manage tasks, and contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere that reflects our tropical vibe. Most shifts run six to eight hours with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; safety and teamwork

Qualifications

• Completed Café Basics Training Program
• Certified Trainer Program
• Experience in a fast-paced cafe environment

Responsibilities

• Interacts with crew members and customers using a positive, energetic attitude.
• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits our cafe.
• Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to uphold brand standards.
• Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s standards.
• Uses tools to manage labor and control inventory.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe.
