Job summary

Bruegger’s Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Shift Leader for our Bagel Brand in Blaine, MN. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience, while opening and closing the store with minimal supervision.

You’ll manage varied hours (including early mornings), maintain quality and safety, and help develop colleagues. We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, competitive pay with tips, EAP, life coaching, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).
