Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in North Oaks, MN seeks a Shift Leader to motivate and coach the team, ensuring a great guest experience. You’ll open/close the store with minimal supervision and help maintain quality and safety across operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with state and federal laws.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred; location dependent).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment.
