Job summary

Bruegger’s Bagels in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a Shift Leader to work with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You’ll open and close the store, coach teammates, and help maintain safe, clean operations while ensuring quality bagels and coffee.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Motivate the team and coach members to deliver a great guest experience.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
