Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, coach crew, and open/close the store to ensure a smooth daily operation.

You will help deliver a great guest experience, uphold food safety, and maintain a clean and safe environment while adapting to a flexible schedule. This role offers growth opportunities within Bruegger's Bagels and Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable by law.
• Must have ServSafe Certification before leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred or required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store.
