Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during shift in partnership with GM/AGM.
• Coach and develop Team Members to high performance.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Lead guest satisfaction with a focus on service and cleanliness.
• Manage daily priorities and communicate/delegate tasks effectively.
