Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with team, ensuring brand standards and guest connections.
• Optimize product sales while managing waste and maintaining an inviting store.
• Delegate tasks, read team needs, and keep the shift on track.
• Coach teammates on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and orders.
• Own the shift and ensure a smooth hand-off to the next leader.
