Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Shift Leaders must maintain flexible availability and may work different days/times as needed by the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on brand standards, guest connections, cleanliness, and operations.
• Direct the floor, assign tasks, and communicate clearly to keep the shift moving.
• Coach and train team members on responsibilities, products, promotions, and guest requests.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and product orders.
