Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role or trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work flexible hours.
• Preferred high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and ensure brand standards, expectations, products, cleanliness, and guest connections.
• Engage and motivate the team to keep energy high and shifts on track.
• Optimize sales while managing waste and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Know the day’s deployment and clearly communicate floor roles.
• Coach and train team on tasks, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks like deposits, inventory, and product orders.
• Uphold store safety, cash handling, and standard operating procedures.
