Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and directing team members during assigned shifts.

You will have full accountability for restaurant operations when management is not present, drive performance in service, safety, cash handling and cost control, and work with the General and Assistant Manager to achieve high standards.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during shifts.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
