Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide the team during assigned shifts, with full accountability when management is not present.

You will focus on service excellence, training and coaching, cash and inventory controls, and achieving goals for service, operations and financial results. We offer a bonus program, health insurance, HSA, PTO, and recognition programs. ServSafe certification is required or attainable.
