Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during assigned shifts, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction. You will have full accountability for operations during shifts when management is not present.

Ideal candidates excel in leadership, coaching, and customer service, and can manage cash and inventory controls while maintaining high standards of integrity and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
• Assist management with training and coaching team members
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
