Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high-quality products and customer service while supporting restaurant profitability.

You will manage staffing, ensure compliance with policies, monitor food safety, cash handling, inventory, and cost controls, and work with teammates to meet service standards. This is an on-site role requiring teamwork and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparations procedures and maintains established product holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goal and meets customer needs while following TM handbook policies.
