Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures and counts cash accurately.
• Maintains inventory with daily/weekly inspections and coordinates orders.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Coaches Team Members to raise restaurant performance and capabilities.
• Implements shift plan and drives operational results for timely product preparation and delivery.
• Monitors restaurant results and upholds brand standards and profitability.
