Burger King Corporation is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to act as a shift leader focused on sales, profitability, guest satisfaction and people development. This role supports the RGM and AM during assigned shifts, managing a team and driving performance across profitability, guest service and operations.

You will direct daily shift activities, ensure accurate preparation and prompt delivery, and coach Team Members to uphold standards while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.
