Job summary

Burger King Opelousas is hiring a Shift Leader to help run daily operations, deliver great guest service, and drive profitability on assigned shifts. You will support the RGM and AM by guiding Team Members, managing shift plans, and ensuring fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2 years in quick-service. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to properly operate the restaurant.

Qualifications

Now Hiring: Shift LeaderLocation: Opelousas, LAPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader is the shift leader of the restaurant, focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
