Burger King is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to supervise all restaurant activities during a shift, ensuring smooth operations, high guest service, and strict adherence to brand standards. You will interact with guests, train team members, and assist with cash handling and safety compliance.

Must be 18+, with previous fast food experience, strong leadership, and English proficiency; Spanish helpful. Expect a hands-on role with opportunities to develop talent and advance within the management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Strong leadership skills; able to lead by example and stay calm under pressure.
• Discretion with confidential information; escalate to stakeholders as needed.
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help and serve others.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, and Spanish and/or English.
• Reliable transportation, availability for weekends/evenings/holidays.
