Oakdale-E. F St McDonald's is seeking a restaurant leader to manage daily operations, schedule crew across shifts, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will coordinate team activities to deliver fast, friendly service in a high-volume environment.

As a supervisor, you will uphold McDonald’s standards for food safety and cleanliness, coach staff, and lead training initiatives to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

• Encourage training and continued learning within the restaurant.
