Responsibilities

• Lead Crew Members during assigned shifts and plan and organize each shift.
• Assign positions and responsibilities to Crew Members and monitor performance.
• Coach employees and provide direction as needed to ensure quality service.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support safety and security procedures and assist with training and development of staff.
• Prepare the restaurant and team for a successful shift transition and communicate key information to other Managers.
