Job summary

McDonald's Franchisee is seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service and quality standards. You will supervise crew and other managers, plan each shift, monitor performance, and maintain safety and cleanliness to meet company goals.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in food service or retail, with a flexible schedule and a passion for a fast-paced environment. Minimum age 18; opportunities for growth and development are offered.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant/retail/hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to lead a team.
