Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversaw profitability by following cash control procedures, managing inventories, and receiving orders.
• Motivated and directed Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Coached Team Members to raise restaurant performance and capabilities.
• Led shift operations to ensure smooth prep and sale of products within speed guidelines.
• Reviewed restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement and upheld brand standards.
