Job summary

BURGER KING® is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC) to lead shift operations, drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development. You will support the RGM/AM, manage a shift of Team Members, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering fast, accurate service.

The role requires 1–2 years in QSR, 18+ years old, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training provided, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Profitability: Follows cash control and security procedures; maintains inventory through daily/weekly inspections; receives inventory truck orders.
• Guest: Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service in clean surroundings.
• People: Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase restaurant performance.
• Operations: Sets an example by implementing shift plans and driving operational results; ensures timely, accurate product prep and sale; motivates Team Members across workstations; reviews results; upholds standards.
