Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a restaurant shift and drive sales, guest satisfaction and profitability. You will support the RGM and AM, manage a team of Team Members, and ensure efficient operations during assigned shifts.

The role requires coordinating shift plans, coaching staff, and maintaining brand standards while delivering fast, accurate service in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Members during shifts to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Ensure profitability through adherence to cash controls, inventory, and correct product prep.
• Direct operations to meet speed of service and quality standards.
• Monitor results and identify areas for improvement to support brand standards.
