This role requires 1-2 years in quick service, strong guest service skills, and the ability to coach Team Members on shifts.

You will help ensure accurate product preparation, speed of service, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

• Manage operations during assigned shifts and support RGM/AM in driving sales, profitability and guest service.
• Direct a team of team members to ensure accurate, fast and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members to improve performance and restaurant results.
• Set shift plans and drive operational results through effective supervision of workstations.
• Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed of service guidelines.
• Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement and uphold brand standards.
