Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a restaurant shift, focusing on sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and people development. This role supports the RGM and AM in daily operations and directly manages a shift of Team Members.

Responsibilities include overseeing shift plans, ensuring speedy order fulfillment, coaching staff, and upholding brand standards while maintaining cash controls and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and execute shift plan to drive profitability and guest satisfaction
• Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed of service guidelines
• Motivate Team Members during the shift on each work station
• Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement
• Ensure restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
• Perform duties of Team Member when necessary

Education
