Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards. You’ll coach staff, assist with food service, stocking, and cash handling while maintaining strong communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift
• Provide clear direction and step in to assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling
• Coach team members in real-time and provide guidance
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Oversee key store processes including write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day
