Ideal candidates have prior restaurant leadership experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Customer service excellence.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in maintaining restaurant standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift team to ensure tasks are performed efficiently.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure team is trained on policies, procedures and best practices.
• Delegate tasks based on priorities and workflow to cover all areas.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations including food preparation, inventory and cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and assist with labor cost management.
• Ensure proper staffing and scheduling; cover shifts when needed.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards; monitor cleanliness.
• Make quick, effective decisions and resolve conflicts; escalate when needed.
• Communicate with management and staff; report issues and provide feedback.
