Qualifications

• Experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Supervision: Supervise and lead team members during the shift, ensuring tasks are performed effectively and efficiently.
• Customer Service: Maintain high service standards and resolve customer issues promptly to leave customers with a positive impression.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations including food prep, inventory, cleanliness, and timely service.
• Financial & Cash Handling: Ensure accurate cash handling, register operations, and adherence to payment policies.
• Staffing & Scheduling: Manage breaks, meals, shifts, and coverage as needed.
• Food Safety & Sanitation: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
• Problem-Solving & Decision Making: Make quick decisions to address challenges and escalate when needed.
• Communication & Reporting: Communicate with management, staff, and guests; report issues and provide feedback.
