Wegmans Food Markets in Sterling, VA is seeking an entry-level leader to coordinate daily customer service operations and participate in store management projects. You will supervise a team, ensure tools and resources are available, and collaborate across departments.

You will work a varied shift, contributing to a fast-paced, values-driven environment. Responsibilities include opening/closing, prioritizing tasks with department managers, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional service

Formación

• Customer service experience in a food service, grocery or retail setting.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and checkout technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage store operations across daytime and nighttime hours.
• Partner with department management to delegate tasks and ensure smooth checkout operations.
• Lead and develop a team of customer service employees with training and feedback.
• Provide outstanding customer service and uphold company values.
