Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company operates Break Time convenience stores in Missouri, seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and uphold service standards. You will supervise staff, manage inventories, and ensure safety compliance while promoting food programs and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance for deposits.
• Ability to perform calculations and manage shift reports.
• Ability to learn new concepts and operate office tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and motivate the store team during peak hours.
• Oversee daily store operations, banking, inventory, reporting and fuel management.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing, promotions and stock are fronted and stocked.
• Supervise staff, schedule, train, and evaluate performance.
• Manage store finances, losses, and compliance with safety policies.
• Lead a positive team culture and ensure adherence to laws and company policies.
