Job summary

Break Time Shift Leaders assist in the management and operations of MFA Petroleum Company Break Time stores. This entry-level management role supports store finances, performs shift supervision, and completes required paperwork to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-service oriented and able to lead a team, with flexible availability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with adequate transportation to/from bank.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and manage cash and inventories.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist in daily store operations, banking, inventory, and reporting.
• Support merchandising, promotions, and loss-prevention efforts.
• Supervise shifts in the manager’s absence and train new staff.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors and team.
