Qualifications

• Prior management/leadership experience is preferred.

• Solid understanding of daily store operations and merchandising

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and lead the store team to do the same.
• Oversee daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and fuel management.
• Execute merchandising activities, pricing, promotions, and stock management.
• Supervise scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of employees.
• Manage store finances, controllable expenses, and loss prevention measures.
• Lead a positive team culture and ensure compliance with regulations.
