Job summary

FiveStar in Summer Shade, Kentucky, seeks a Shift Leader to work with management across Customer Service, Food Service, and marketing on assigned shifts. You will train and direct the customer service representatives and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising displays, pricing, promotions, inventory controls, and maintaining safe, efficient store operations while fostering a positive, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all customer service representative duties.
• Promotes FiveStar treatment (friendly atmosphere, customer's needs met, suggestive selling).
• Assists training and directing customer service representatives.
• Assists in educating store team on policies and communications.
• Assist store management in inventory control, equipment, safety and robbery prevention guidelines.
• Partners with store management to assure quality food operation.
• Follows up with store employees on communications, weekly and monthly specials, and programs.
• Responsible for merchandising up to pricing and promotional signage.
• Educates store employees.
