Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will run shifts, solve problems, and lead team members with autonomy while adhering to franchise guidelines.

Responsibilities include aiding the RGM, training staff, and ensuring excellent service. Must be 18 or older, have basic computer and math skills, and be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food service or retail is required.
• Basic math and accounting skills for daily reporting.
• Ability to operate computer systems and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner under the RGM.
• Take ownership to solve problems and guide team members.
• Assist with training and providing guidance to others.
