Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC routine and ensure People, Customers and Service duties are completed.
• Ensure Shift Excellence tasks are completed for each position.
• Maintain neat appearance and uniforms.
• Prioritize customer needs and resolve complaints quickly.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and labor management.
• Foster teamwork and support peers as needed.
• Perform other duties as required by manager.
