Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentoring Assistant Managers and Trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance, fostering equity and inclusion.
• Address and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to swiftly resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Strategically schedule staff and coach on CHAMPS standards; lead rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors and improve digital presence and loyalty programs.
