Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Team Leader to support daily restaurant operations, stepping in for the General Manager as needed, and upholding food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. The Team Leader is also responsible for handling issues with team members, food suppliers, and guests directly, escalating to management when necessary.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise during shifts and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure guest experience and atmosphere are positive.
• Manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to control labor and costs.
• Monitor speed of service for a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain standards of product quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in ongoing training of team members and new hires.
• Encourage adherence to uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
