Job summary

You will manage a team of Assistant Managers and staff, handle hiring, training, discipline, and inventory, and drive profitability while maintaining a clean, compliant workplace. Strong cash handling and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently and clearly.
• Strong math abilities in addition, subtraction, fractions and percentages.
• Understand the use of personal computers and software such as Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of Assistant Managers and employees and oversees performance.
• Handles hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination as needed.
• Provides on-the-job training for new employees and delegates tasks.
• Manages ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of supplies to minimize waste and loss.
• Forecasts food item usage per shift and supervises food preparation and service.
• Ensures world class customer service and accurate cash handling during shifts.
• Routes deliveries and supervises drivers to support delivery operations.
• Completes daily procedures, inventories, and shift end paperwork with accuracy.
• Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment and equipment upkeep.
